This project was commissioned and funded entirely by the Safer Together Program.

Fire agencies, managers and farmers are set to benefit from this research, which investigated crop fires to strengthen Victoria’s ability to model and predict fire in these landscapes. The project assisted DELWP and the Country Fire Authority by providing research that could integrate into nation-wide fire models and provide improved community risk communication and fire response.
